With your help, the Boosters organization was able to grant over $125,000 to Sequoia Athletics during the 2023-24 school year. Your contributions funded uniforms, gear and equipment for our badminton, lacrosse, tennis, girls basketball, cross country and track & field programs. Boosters also helped to provide the HUDL app used by multiple sports, buses to away events when requested, varsity letter patches, and scholarships for 6 deserving senior athletes.
Sequoia’s freshman teams for boys basketball, soccer, and volleyball were made possible in part by Boosters grants for freshman coach stipends. Boosters funds were also used to purchase a new electronic timing and scoring system for our aquatics center, which will benefit girls and boys water polo and swimming for 10+ years to come.
Donations to our 2023-24 “Amp Up Athletics” Fund-A-Need will provide state of the art wrestling mats for the girls and boys teams, a new softball pitching machine and a basketball shooting machine, high-quality starting blocks and upgraded throwing implements for track & field, new soccer nets, and a hydration cart for outdoor sports programs.
We appreciate everyone who joined as Boosters members, donated and bid on Crab Dinner & Auction packages, volunteered in the snack, and purchased spirit gear. You are helping to give Sequoia students the best sports experience possible!
