Purple Pride 2026: Gear Up, Gather, Play with Pride

At Sequoia, athletics are about more than competition. Our student-athletes show up every day ready to work hard, support one another, and represent our school. Thanks to the generosity of this community, the Sequoia Sport & Spirit Boosters have expanded uniform kits beyond basic jerseys to include warm-ups, equipment bags, backpacks, and practice gear, helping teams arrive prepared, unified, and proud to represent the Ravens.

In addition to the uniform, equipment, and transportation grants that Boosters proudly supports each year, our annual Fund-A-Need projects allow us to make an even bigger impact. The 2025 Purple Pride fund helped us provide:

• Boys basketball backpacks & duffle bags

• Wrestling bags & warm-ups

• Girls lacrosse bags

• Flag football warm-ups

• Baseball practice jerseys

• Girls volleyball bags & warmups

• Boys volleyball bags

• Branded volleyball nets

• Soccer dummies and small goals

• Swimming wedges

• Cheer poms

• New storage sheds for lacrosse and softball

• Track & Field/XC storage solutions

• Custom windscreens and fence toppers for softball and baseball

  
  

We’re building on that momentum by expanding uniform kits to even more programs — adding warm-ups, backpacks, and equipment bags for teams that don’t have them. 2026 Purple Pride projects also include improved storage for teams that practice and play at Terremere Field such as soccer and flag football.

And we're creating something new: a welcoming athlete gathering space at Terremere where teams can meet, gear up, and connect before and after practices and games.
